• Have you any injuries or allergies? If pregnant, please let me know which trimester you are in. - In brief, if possible, please explain your requirements for the treatment (relaxing, specific problem areas etc) - Please let me know about parking arrangements when you book. If you live in a permit only area with no parking meters, I will need a visitors permit to facilitate your booking. - Anything else I should know.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% cancelation fee if cancelled 24 hours in advance

25% cancellation fee if cancelled 48 hours in advance

No cancellation fee if moved to another appointment, which doesn't have to be on the same week.
